3. Prices, orders & shipping
All prices are stated incl. VAT (within the EU) according to the land of delivery.
Minimum order value is 50:-
Until payment is made in full, the product(s) are the property of Helloil
4. Shipping & delivery
Helloil uses Postnord for most shipments depending on weight and destination. With their system, the customer receives SMS and/or email notification with tracking number if the customer ordered with trackable shipping.
Our goal is to send your order within 3 working days after we receive it. When shipping to non-EU countries, customs duty & VAT may be added. Please contact customs in your country or visit www.tullverket.se for more information
5. payment options
Helloil provides payment solutions via Swish and Paypal.
6. right of withdrawal/open purchase/return/exchange/complaint
Right of withdrawal: Helloil complies with the Swedish Distance Selling Act which gives you the opportunity to cancel purchases within 14 days.
Open purchase: According to the law above, the customer has 14 days of open purchase from the time the customer receives his package.
Return or exchange: Contact us by email before sending something in return. The customer pays the cost of return shipping.
Lost packages: Helloil does NOT replace lost packages if the customer has chosen a shipping option without search option.

We save the following personal data about our customers for 7 years according to Swedish law:
Customers: First name, Last name, E-mail, Address, Postal code, City, Country, Phone number.
Orders: IP address, E-mail, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Address, Postal code, City, Phone number.
As a customer, you can request the extraction, modification or deletion of this data at any time.
